Join us for our outdoor Meet the Teacher event on Thursday, August 12th. Last names A-L can come from 4:30 to 5:30, and last names M-Z can come from 5:30-6:30. We will be set up outside around the school (see the map below for grade level locations). Masks are encouraged, but not required. PTA will be giving away free ice cream so please pick some up before you leave. We are looking forward to having an awesome year!

Kindergarten through fifth grade students can come meet their teacher, join PTA, pay supply fees, and ask any questions you may have. Students with last names A-L will drop in between 4:30 and 5:30. Students with last names M-Z will drop in between 5:30 and 6:30.
Springdale Schools is seeking feedback from various stakeholders who have insight into the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on teaching and learning. Feedback will be used to inform the district's plan for the use of funds received.

Tomorrow, May 27th, is the last day of school and Field Day! Students need to bring a towel, water bottle, sunscreen, and a change of clothes.

John Tyson Elementary will be hosting a drop-in Kindergarten Readiness Screening on May 24th between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Please see the flyers below for additional information. We are looking forward to meeting our new Tigers on Monday.

5th grade begins ACT Aspire testing next week. 3rd and 4th grade will test during the week of April 26th-30th. Please make sure your students get plenty of rest and attend school each day. We are so proud of how hard our Tigers have worked to prepare for this test!
